Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
Your existing exports stay yours. New exports pause until your monthly quota resets, or you can upgrade for instant access to a higher limit.
Do unused videos roll over?
Monthly quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused exports do not carry over — pick the plan that matches your typical posting cadence.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing saves 20% on Pro and 25% on Max Pro compared to paying monthly — that's two to three months free every year.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay coming soon. Invoiced billing is available for Max Pro annual plans on request.
Can I use CaptionCraft for client work?
Yes. All paid plans cover commercial use — exports are yours to publish for personal channels, brands, or client projects.
What does "custom template request" mean on Max Pro?
Saw an amazing caption style in someone else's video? As a Max Pro member, send us the reference clip and our team will build that exact style as a custom template for you — free, included with your subscription. No per-template fees, no waiting for the next public release.
How accurate is the transcription on each plan?
Every plan uses Whisper Large v3 Turbo — the same 99% accuracy on Free, Pro, and Max Pro. Pro and Max Pro get a priority transcription queue, but the underlying model is identical.
Which plans include AI caption translation?
AI caption translation (99+ languages, with meaning and tone preserved) is included on Pro and Max Pro. The Free plan covers transcription in 99+ languages but does not include translation between languages.
Do any plans have a watermark?
No. Every plan — Free, Pro, and Max Pro — exports cleanly with no CaptionCraft watermark. Your videos always look like yours.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — within 14 days of your first payment if CaptionCraft isn't a fit. Email support@captioncraft.app and we'll handle it.
